We offer state-of-the-art kitchen facilities at the College’s award-winning Wheel Restaurant. Our industry expert tutors will prepare you for a career in catering as well as developing the craft of bakery, patisserie, and confectionery. Gain hands-on experience and understand the fundamental aspects of maintaining a safe, hygienic, and secure working environment, while developing and understanding the principles and practice of knife skills, menu planning, food safety, preparing foods such as stocks, soups, sauces, meat, fish, shellfish and desserts. Advanced skills include sugar, chocolate, and pastry work.
